It's that time of year again, when everybody says those words, "New year, new me" and yes I did say those words. But this year I don't want a new me, I want an improved me, 2013 was a exceptional year and I want it to carry on.
One of my goals this year is to get fit and be healthy, i've recently booked a girls holiday to Magaluf so that is my goal, I wanna be in the best shape and in the best health I can get in by June. This whole new mind set is a "grown up Paige", I turn 20 in May so i'm thinking I need to start to be more responsible because i'm moving out this year.
At the moment, I'm working out more and eating a lot healthier, smelling McDonalds now makes me feel physically ill. As well as going to the gym, I'm trying to decide whether to join Results With Lucy.
Has anyone got any tips to help with my fitness goal or has anyone had good results from the Results With Lucy fitness program?
