March Favourites
1.4.14
Seeing as it is a new month and it is April 1st, I thought I would complete a March favourites post. My last post was just about a few events from March, while this is going to be a few items that I have fell in love with this month.
The first thing I have fell in love with is this body spray from Boots. I never normally wear body spray, I normally wear perfume (My favourites being FlowerBomb, Kim K's and Boss Orange.) but a friend of mine started to use this and I was instantly sold. The vanilla scent is my favourite and I always gets compliments when I'm wearing this fragrance. Most vanilla scents can smell very artifical and smell of plastic whereas this doesn't have those horrible smells at all, also with a price tag of £2, you can't really go wrong especially when it lasts so long.
The next item is a lipstick from Topshop and this is called Macaroon. When I was blonde, I had a general rule to stay away from any sort of bright pink lipstick due to the fact that I didn't want to look like Barbie, well I carried this rule on when I went back to my natural dark hair, until now. I saw this colour and thought I'd give it a try, it draws a fine line between pink and coral but is slightly more pink, the colour is wearable for any occasion and can be built up, the semi-matte finish just tops off the look.
At the moment pastel colours are on trend for spring, so I have been wearing more pastel colours on my nails. (Check out my instagram here to see the latest nail polish.) One of my favourite pastel polishes this month is St James' Square by Nails Inc, it's a bright pastel blue colour.
The last item in my March favourites, is my favourite song of the month. I'm absolutely loving My Love by Route 94 feat. Jess Glynne. I don't know what it is about this song but it's an amazing summer song and I can't wait to blast it in the sun.
What were your favourite items this month?
